Taken to and Collected from Birmingham Airport. 9/10/23 & 30/10/23 by a very pleasant Asian lady. She was very helpful and courteous on both occasions. We will definitely use this company again. The text messages were very helpful to receive giving us confidence that we would not be let down, as we have been before by another company.

We booked the airport transfer to Birmingham airport via email which was quick and easy. The taxi text to say they were outside on arrival and arrived exactly when they said they would. They got us there smoothly and on time! Very happy and would use again.

I booked Compass for an airport drop off and pick up. The experience was first class from start to finish. I received a text to confirm the bookings and further texts to confirm the make, model and registration of the vehicle. The driver was prompt and polite. They monitored my return flight, which was delayed, and were waiting for me once I left the airport. I will be using Compass again for my next business trip.

Took ages to book and once booked got an auto response saying it was cancelled. No reason was given, glad I had my phone on me or I wouldn’t have known and been waiting. Terrible service, will get an UBER instead, at least they are working.

Used Compass for the 2nd time this year (Birmingham Airport). Price was reasonable and the pick up was on time followed by a smooth journey to the airport. Showed great flexibility on the return pick up as we were delayed 25 hours. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Used Compass for Birmingham Airport transfers in June this year. Excellent, prompt service with great communication from the first contact through to return pick-up which was delayed by 2 hours (airport arrival). Both drivers were great as were the vehicles. I would highly recommend.

Thank you so much to both your drivers and call handlers for providing such a brilliant service in my time of need. I am currently travelling down the Oxford Canal with my husband in our boat. I had an accident yesterday and injured my wrist badly enough to need a visit to Rugby Urgent Care Centre. Your company dealt so sympathetically with my call and came immediately to take me to hospital and then returned to the hospital to take me back to our boat after I had been treated. Everything about your service was so smooth and respectful. Definitely recommend your company to anyone wanting a taxi in the Rugby area- 5 stars ??????????Thank you.

I called Compass Cabs for a quote for a lift from Rugby station to my house. I thanked them and told them that I would not require the service on that day. Following this I received five text messages detailing a taxi that was on its way to me with registration plates etc to look out for. I decided to call Compass Cabs and let them know that they had most likely texted the incorrect number due to not having ordered a taxi. Later on the same evening I received a rather rude voicemail accusing me of wasting Compass Cabs’ time due to rearranging my booking and then cancelling it (I had never made a booking!). I decided to call to make a complaint and find out what had happened and was met with the most unapologetic and horrendous customer service when trying to explain that the taxi could not have been booked by my number. To finally end the call the last from Compass Cabs finally listened to the fact that I don’t live at the address she gave me and told me that as a customer I wasn’t worth her time. Good luck to anyone using this service in future as there is clearly a fault in the system and they are unwilling to be polite to their own customers.

I wish to thank Raj for many reasons. He met our travel needs quickly from Rugby to Wrexham and was a pleasure meeting and conversing with him. When asked if he was interested in driving us from Wrexham to Heathrow he quickly quoted the cost and agreed to drive us. Raj communicated his plan and noted when he arrived. We requested an extra hour after his arrival and he politely agreed knowing he would be driving in snow. He safely drove us through the snow storm on March 2nd to Heathrow and had a two hour trip back home through the snow. Again the conversation was good and continued during the 3.5 hour trip. Thank you very much Raj!!
